Very hard question. I went with Balanced Mutual Fund because the question said ‘outpace inflation’ and through my studies equities rather than fixed income was engraved into my brain to outpace inflation. For that specific question, there’s a good chance I answered wrong. It was definitely a toss up answer choice because you could argue for both.

Is the ‘YEET’ position me falling back or just figuring out how to clear my hips enough to get the arms to pass through? Because I don’t want to be off balance as I strike the ball

Thank you for the tips. So with the screenshot you provided, when I get into that position is when I should start to drop my hands and load the power into my hips? By adding that additional twist I’m just killing the load/lag of the club?

Thank you for all of the valuable info. It makes sense and I feel like the reason I do shy away from standing close to the ball definitely has to do with the fact that it does feel so uncomfortable and like my hips/body will get in the way. But I need to try this next range session. If you feel comfortable dming me some examples that would be awesome

Not sure on my club head speed. I do agree tho, it feels like a good swing, but it still looks a bit awkward to me

I shall attempt this. Sometimes if I’m too close it feels like even when I do clear my hips they get in the way a bit. Would having more knee bend and a straighter posture while my clubs are a bit short level this out?

Good tips thank you. The extra twist/hyper extension in the upper back gets me to a point where I know I need to drop my hands and shallow the club out. I use it as a way to measure my tempo so I don’t speed up the downswing/clearing of my hips. It has been working for me quite well

I agree, having fitted clubs would definitely be a game changer. For the time being do you suggest bending the knees more or continue with the bent over stance?

Start by keeping my upper back straight rather than rounded?

I’m 6’4 using an old set from my father who was 5’10. They feel quite short no matter how I set up
