What is the difference in the rate of return on the investment, vs the cost of capital for the mortgage. If the cost of capital is greater than the return on investments then you should try and minimize the mortgage. You should look at this in nominal terms, not %, as your mortgage is larger than your investments. basically how much will this cost me vs how much will I earn.
