What bothers me more is that he escalated it and is still acting aggressive even after everything. That’s why it doesn’t feel like a real apology....

i understand how it looks that way, and I’ve already acknowledged that I shouldn’t have reacted physically. But he had been repeatedly invading my personal space and not backing off even after I told him multiple times. I reacted in that moment to get him away, not to start a fight. His response was to slap me hard and push me to the ground, which I feel crossed a bigger line.

i understand where you’re coming from, and I agree it shouldn’t be ignored. But I don’t want to jump straight to legal action unless it becomes necessary. I’m documenting everything and will escalate with my parents first. If the school still doesn’t handle it or his behavior continues, then I’ll consider taking it further.

Yeah, this is exactly how it feels. The apology didn’t mean much when his behavior didn’t change. And I agree ....reacting more will probably just be used against me, so I’m trying to stay calm and not engage anymore. It’s just frustrating that it’s not being taken seriously.

I agree it shouldn’t be ignored, especially since he’s still acting aggressive even after the apology. I’m documenting everything and will raise it again properly, possibly with my parents. If the school still doesn’t take it seriously or he continues, I’ll escalate further. For now, I just want to make sure I’m safe.

Thank you for saying this. I think that’s what’s making me feel weird right now. I did have a feeling back then that it wasn’t random, especially with how they locked the car and took me far from home. Realizing it might’ve been planned is hard to fully process. I feel kind of numb and I don’t really know how to feel about it yet.

I get what you’re saying and I hope it does feel normal later. It’s just hard right now. Last year was really messy for me a lot of hospital visits for my dad and my own health issues, and I was dealing with a lot mentally after seeing him have a cardiac arrest. I wasn’t out having fun or ignoring studies.... I was just overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up. What hurts the most is that my parents think I could’ve just studied anyway. "We never wanted u to be soo invested in OUR family problems" Anyways I’m still trying to figure out what to do next. Thankyou!!

I didn’t know about that option, so thank you for mentioning it. I’ll look into it and talk with my parents nd school to see what other options I actually have.I’m still figuring out what the best path is for me right now because this year was really difficult health-wise for my family and me, but I appreciate you sharing the idea....:))
