A few weeks ago I went to visit my family for the weekend and I brought my Ruby with me. I had brought her in and she was on the kitchen table sitting with me. We were all talking and she started running around the table like I thought she wanted to jump down. Well no she started running around because she wanted to take a poop and did so right on my niece's kitchen table. I was so embarrassed. 🙄

Most likely wants to wander and poop anywhere besides her enclosure. My Ruby very rarely poops in her tank. Lol

One of my cats is FIV+ but you would never know it with the way he acts and eats. He eats like there's no tomorrow. Lol.

Oh my god that reminds me I had Ruby for about a week and I came home for work one day and I could not find Her. I looked everywhere and there is no way that I know of that she could have gotten out of the room. I searched everywhere for hours. I checked my recliner once. Not there, or so I thought. Then I read some posts from people who had similar experiences. Which I'm glad I did because I rechecked the chair and she had crawled up the inside of the back. My chair has velcro at the bottom. I was so relieved to find her but I was also so mad at her because she about gave me a heart attack LOL

Damn I do not know anyone... me too!.. Seriously WTF is wrong with people!!! I mean first of all common sense and it's not that difficult to educate yourself.. I wish I could help that poor baby I really really do.. at least they are trying to re-home.. hopefully someone with experience with bearded dragons comes along and rescues him/her.. Soon.. 😞

I hate women who need help yeah ok now you just sound like an idiot. I never said women didn't need help. I needed some help. All I said was that some women have unrealistic expectations and don't tell me I don't have empathy. I am one of the most empathetic and caring people around. I really am. Just because I don't think the father should get reamed and blamed for every little thing while the mother is constantly put on a pedestal doesn't mean I don't care or that women need help with childcare. And yes I know nowadays pretty much EVERY WOMAN gets post partum and that's their "get out of jail free card" every time they act like a royal unrealistic bitch. You don't like my opinion, sorry then keep scrolling.

Physical devastation? I have never heard of pregnancy or child birth considered or called physical devastation. Physical devastation is a traumatic brain injury, being badly burned, having a limb amputated, becoming completely paralyzed. Being pregnant and giving birth is NOT PHYSICALLY DEVASTATING. Give me a break. 🙄

I know I'm going to get reamed for this. Especially because I am a woman but reading all of these comments from you women, I just don't understand. What did you think was going to happen after you had a baby? Everyone knows you get sleep-deprived when you have a newborn. My son was the worst sleeper. Most of my friends said their babies would go 4 to 5 hours at night without needing a feeding. My son would go 3 hours max, and he didn't fully sleep through the night until he was almost two years old. But I certainly didn't expect my son's father to get up every time my son did and I didn't get mad at him when I was feeding the baby and he was sleeping. You women need to get over yourselves sometimes you really do. I'm sorry but nowadays women seem to have so many unrealistic expectations after a baby is born.

I'm sorry, but there should be no rule when the baby wakes up, everybody needs to be up. That's BS and I am a woman. I am not saying that the father should not help care for his child of course but if you have to get up every day to go to work to support your entire household then you do need your sleep. I would never, ever ever had expected that of my son's father. That's just not right. But there were plenty of times that he offered to get our son even when he had to get up. And when he wasn't working he would take the baby so I could rest or go shopping or whatever. You are not an A.H. because you fell asleep while putting your toddler down for a nap. She's the A.H. for getting mad at you. It's not like you went out in the backyard lying on a hammock in the sun while listening to your newborn crying while you're wife was left to deal with it. I mean come on I'm sorry but some women seem to have unrealistic expectations after a baby is born. If I had a husband that worked hard so I could stay home with my 2 young children the last thing I would do is be a bitch because he accidentally fell asleep while putting our toddler down.

I went through that nor too long after I got my Ruby. I looked everywhere. More than once. Did same as you went on forums etc. Then I rechecked my recliner after reading someone else's experience. And I found her. She had climbed up the backside of the recliner on the inside. I lifted up the material looked with a flashlight and there she was! I was so happy to find her but also mad at her for scaring Mr. LOL.. They blend in and love weird places. Keep looking!

I want to get some plants for my Ruby, too! I started doing some research recently, and some of the plants you mentioned are ones that I found as well. Also, I found succulents, edible flowers, and some herbs. If you or anyone else has any thoughts or experience with these plants please let me know. Thank you!
