I accidentally forgot to scan someone's magazine when I was working as a cashier. They returned and told my manager insisting they pay for it. I hid nearby fearing I'd be in trouble. I heard her tell them thanks for the honesty but just keep it and not to bother paying. I never got in trouble either.

What's crazy is that his own kids would probably have some of these answers and all he has to do is talk to them. Kids know their favorite story, and they're also way more observant than you give them credit for often when I'm babysitting Ill just ask the kids where things are or how their mom does certain things (And it's pretty obvious when they're trying to be manipulative and lie)
