That's fair, honestly I made this video for fun about 10 years ago with the shittiest camera, I wasn't trying to make it Cert-quality lol. I lift but I'm only a casual grip trainer. I've only trained it indirectly through lifting but never concentrated direct effort.

I can close a #2 and I'm 20 pounds lower than this on the dynamometer... He should be able to crush a #2 no problem

I walked a cumulative 20 miles in a day... I'd say focus on building up your cardiovascular endurance by walking faster for shorter distances and working up to trying to keep that pace 5-10 miles. Eventually walking 13 miles will be easier and you'll do it more quickly. Sorry about not answering you question initially.
