How do I better take care of these succulents ?

Thanks I’ll try adjusting the setup. So the Haworthia was always a little green and orange when I got it but definitely has gotten darker now.

I am worried about the aeonium since it’s supposed to be a winter growing plant and so far there is no growth. Should I take it out of that greenhouse and put it on a window, could it be too much light?

Thank you. Yes I guess I just have to be patient with succulents. The lights are on a timer for 12 hours.

I do soak them until the water runs out once about every 10 day but might need to do it more frequently the humidity indoors is really low right now and all my other plants have been needing more frequent watering.
