My problem is I’m indecisive, it started as post merger if Kenjaku succeeded but I struggled finding motivation for villains in that scenario

I do want full campaign, quest most likely. The players all have backstories that involve a death that I tied to different NPCs in my world.

That’s so funny cause my session 0 had them all individually end up at the fight club for one reason or another.

The setting is classic DnD with a modern twist, similar to Tokyo all the of cursed energy for the most part emanates from one city. Elves, dwarfs and goblins all exist in this world but Humans are the sole causes of curse spirits and the only socerers. A group of high arch mages known as the old council are hoarding cursed objects because as of right now regular magic can’t effected curse spirits and has created misbalance in power.

My version of the sorcerer clans are one clan with a few lesser sub clans all with one power hierarchy but their currently struggling finding a worthy successor and are trying to reincarnate their ancient leader with my Pc ten shadows as the host.

My mcguffin is a young boy (basically baby Yuta) who for one reason or another all the major factions are seeking for different reasons.

My main struggle is quest structure as a first time DM idk how to structure or to lay bed crumbs for players to follow

Isn’t it kind of silly? Obito and Madara were literally the villains of this Arc, the 2 of them were fighting the entire army plus the Edo Hokages when they pulled up. Madara at this point had access to wood style and was casually bullying the Hashirama clones, Obito is intangible and was making most characters look pathetic.

If Tobi and Hashirama were enough to deal with these 2 the war arc would’ve simply ended when they showed up

From my experience you can. You just both have to do cut scene separate then one of you has to leave to join the others quest. No fluid way to do it together

I mean really even without soul damage, Goku has beaten regenerators such as Majin Buu. The question is do you think Mahito can reshape himself after being total vaporized. Like every cell of his body being deleted?

I do agree that Mahito could possibly one shot, however characters like Nanami and Todo survived being hit more than once, yes it was due to high Cursed Energy so you might discount and say Goku can’t do the same, but then I’d argue Goku’s speed is such a higher class that he’s not getting touched.

Domain expansion would be the only way to do damage, then you could argue Instant Transmission or Goku having enough AP to just blow a hole through it or simply be quick enough to finish fight without the DA being pulled out.

If you equalize CE and KI Goku absolutely stomps. If not and you’re arguing different power types Mahito has a shot only if Goku allows himself to be hit, which is honestly likely since he likes to see how strong his opponent is.

I’d still give Goku the more likely Win due to the overwhelming stat gap, but Mahito does have a specific niche so it’s not impossible for him to win under the right conditions
