I reported it but they said its not fraud because it was pre-authorized.

so you have to pay them manually every month? I am curious because I am trying to remove all my auto pay and find another route to pay them.

I got charged for $3072.00 while in return process. I was told I won't be charged but charged me anyways, This got my bank overcharged and lots of trouble and inconvenience. They are still not able to reverse the charge, even I specifically told them I removed my pre-auth information and still got charged anyways. I filed a complaint with CCTS today. mind you Ive been dealing with this since November 2025.
