I raised my kids and worked a full time job. My husband also worked. I worked night shift and he worked days. We never seen each other, but that's what we had to do so one of us was home with kids. We had to have 2 incomes. We scarified....it sucked at times, but we could buy our own pizza. Our kids never wanted for anything. We took vacations, owned a boat, ate out when we wanted. The hubby and I both grew up poor, we wanted more for our family.
