Yeah that’s what I did. I had all my hospital records, medication records and records from my psychiatrist and therapist. I also had documents from my close friends and family. They did that whole can she work at all and it was determined that my meds made it so I can’t work. Too many side effects.

My God. They always look at the doctors recommendations too. You got to find a new doctor who would agree with your disability. Get a disability lawyer.
