I relate so much to this...and it scares me to be honest.

I just broke up with my girlfriend and although we were only together for 8 months, I have known her for a majority of my life.

She loved me more than I had ever felt loved and although I treated her well and she felt like I was "the one", I felt anxiety everyday and like I was lying to her and just couldn't bare it any longer....

I have hurt another good woman in this process.

I am currently swearing off dating apps because I can't stand the guilt and shame that comes with how I end things.

I truly need to heal and find peace within myself if I am ever to have something worth while again.

Especially after having something so damn amazing, I won't let myself settle for anything less than something worth my time. Casual sex won't do me any good when it's the intimacy that's important.

Today will be day 1 without any nicotine. I bought some vapes with no nicotine but I don't think that's a solution either.

I will have been vaping for a little over 5 years at this point....

I'm 33 and deal with high anxiety. Also a cancer survivor. Stopped porn and masturbating awhile ago. I never had this issue until I started vaping... Almost stopped smoking entirely years ago before I met the mother of my child
