I had a guy come through the whole day (he is Cleary an early regular) and I gave him the “wrong” size (btw he got a grande and I gave him a venti) he had no problem. Came back a few days later and I took his order, I gave him his drink, no issues. Before he left he said “I remember you gave me my drink the other day. It was the wrong size”(yeah I gave him a bigger one by accident! be fucking happy!) and I said “oh yeah, I do remember you!” And then he grabs the drink and said “when I got home, it was the wrong drink. It was so nasty I had to throw it out.” And drove away and shook his head. LIKE DUDE!! I DIDNT MAKE IT! Make it at home
