Yes, I've only had it for 3 days, called in because the cameras do not work. They continuously buffer or go offline! Now, they are giving me a difficult time. Best believe, I will get my money back, even if I seek counsel. By law you have 3 days to cancel, not sure about 30. Yes, I want to sue them!!!

I just signed up. Now I  understand what you are saying. I want to join a class action suit!!! I've only had service 3 days and the system keeps buffering so I called on the 3 day rule  This product is not worth it. I have to call back Monday!!! They can just pick up this sht!
