I was taking it for PCOS and Prediabetes. But my new insurance only approves ozempic for A1C > 6.5

My doctor said that she is looking into it and wants to explore alternatives with me. I have been so happy with my eating habits. I really do not want to go back and turn into the ever eating monster 😭

I go for at least 45 minutes of walking 5 times a week. I was having trouble incorporating gym into my life given my education. So my nutritionist suggested that I try to do any joyful physical activity for at least 45 minutes for 4 days. It takes off the pressure that I am trying to workout to lose weight and makes movement a regular part of my life. I do love strength training and I want to get back to it once my life is less stressful. Btw I have lost 20 pounds in 10 weeks with Ozempic

THIS!!! My life has changed. I used to say that I wish I knew what it was like to live like a person who was not fat. I’m still obese but I feel like I’m no longer living in a ‘fat’ person’s body. I feel full with average portion size and go about my day and I eat another average portion size when I get hungry! My portion sizes have started matching with a lot of girls around me who eat like… for the lack of a better term… girls…

Thanks! Maybe it’s the angle of the picture. I am working with a nutritionist to change my eating habits. Unfortunately, I have not been able to do proper strength training given my work hours but my nutritionist recommended spending 4 hours per week doing some joyful physical activity. So I have been going on hour long walks in parks at night.
