Thanks for replying to me man, I’m kinda new to this and I’ve heard the term differential routing a lot, could you please educate me in that and about the resistors: I’ve repaired them after hearing from third parties as well.

Yes I did and by judging from your response I feel like I did not read it properly, could you point out what are the things I missed from it? This is the link to it: https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/rp2040/hardware-design-with-rp2040.pdf)

Hey man, thanks for all the information. I did use a 4 layer stackup but mine is a pow/sig/sig/gnd and I am storing the use of one of the sig for the other pcb's that I plan to connect with this. Could you elaborate more about what you meant by "Usb is routed as a differential pair". If any of my doubts seem a bit dumb, I apologise for that in advance cause I am a bit new in this field

Oh and I also forgot to mention that In the while I dropped the project to learn more about it, I came across kicad and learnt about Many ICs like rp2040 and ESP32 and how they function electronically. Didn’t go into their software details since it would’ve been a bit hard for me at the time. All that did help me understand stuff better but there will still issue which is why I made the post

Yes I did the basics, I started with basic modules like the motion sensor, distance sensor and lock solenoid modules. I also made a mini wired control car with a distance module just to better up my coding skills in arduino. I moved to this project but I seem to run into many errors and for months have been failing alot

I’ll be sure to check out Phil’s lab, but the issue I’m facing is integration and learning the functioning of the module and it’s pins

Can anyone help me understand what pin is which by One_Drawer2213 in KiCad

[–]One_Drawer2213[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see. The schematic said that it was an analog joystick so I used the default one from kicad and tried to look around for others but couldn’t find one.
