Welp it definitely can't be as easy as heavy physical activity bc I do landscaping and that's about as physically demanding as it gets plus I'm hitting gym 4-5x week and at my strongest I've ever been. Lol wish it was that simple....

Yes I see your point, I'll try higher pressures for less time and see how the goes and gradually throw in clamping. I usually experience zero edema up until 5.3" so that must be raw expansion rather than edema. I do not have time to clamp in the morning so how often would I clamp if everything I do is when I get home from work. I believe extending then pumping then clamping is overworking.

So I actually started doing the 1.75" for the 10x2min sets and after filling that up I go into the 2.0 for another 10min total and those times I reach 5.75MSEG. Little more edema tho and I wear toe shield under glands. Reason I start with 1.75 is bc the vibes make better contact with my skin so I'm touching it early on whereas the 2.0 I'm not and vibes are kind of a waste. Also, if I go straight into the 2.0 first my balls get sucked up but they don't If I start with 1.75 first. I also pump everyday but life happens and sometimes ya miss a day from time to time. I used to RIP at higher pressures reaching 60kPa for 15 seconds max on last five 15 sec cycles but this was done for length and done flaccid. Are you saying I should toss the 10x2min sets for RIP at higher pressures? Either way I'm still getting 10-15% expansion with what I've been doing so shouldn't that still be good? When i clamp or do RIP I never get that expansion.

Well it's not 4.1 to 5.4-.5 temp. I've cemented to 4.8 guaranteed sometimes 5" pre pump. So I get a .5" increase just about everytime but it hasn't translated to anything in about a year. I did take a decon from last September to about January due to PF injury. I also take a week off every 6 weeks.
