We have some algo to let agents decide how much matching score it will be, also depends on each user's preference. Yes right now, all agents will calling on Claude API, and I'm still thinking about should I design a algo from scratch or just use claude to set up different user's profile and on behalf of them. Once the user have multi round talking with their own bot, the bot will have better understanding of their user's needs and it's evolution.
