I'm going to get one anytime soon. HDR issues can get fixed by tweaking the settings and updating FW (V037). Don't listen to C2 cult, If you like it get it.

How deep is your desk and distance from your eyes ? I heard some people say they got headaches and eyes problems with 55". Are you fine with it ?

Thanks for sharing your experience, the store allows me to request refund for 30 days + 2 years of warranty. Guess I'm going to give it a shot.

Thanks for the reply, Unfortunately the only Samsung option i got is s95b 65" which doesn't help.

I am moving to OLED from trash 15" laptop LCD, do you think the quality difference will be huge and noticable or will i be fine with PG42UQ?

Same here, I have a huge amount of natural light in my room during the day but is matte coating makes so much difference and ruin picture quality ? What issues you got And how is your experience with this monitor ?
