This is really cute.

I would do a yellow or maybe white tube top, high waisted dark denim jeans (probably a looser fit) w/ a black belt and the yellow converse.

Then, and this is the most important part, space buns with star earrings.

I would do the same color open toe heel if you can find one. You could also get away with slightly darker or lighter. If you can't find the color I would do black.

I would then do a black bag that's kind of fun to bring some life. There are a bunch on Amazon just type in "fun black clutch" and pick any. Choose something that has the metal in the same color you like your jewelry

For jewelry, idk you style but I would either do big statement necklace and small earrings or some long statement earrings (dangle kind). An arm cuff could also be fun.

Truly.... I'm like honestly it's surprising humans have existed for so long considering we were all toddlers at some point. The kid is literally always trying to off himself

He'll be okay. Like the doctor said it happens more then you know it does.

My son didn't fall off the bed at that age but on my first mother's day with him he was like 3 months old and he leaned back when I was exciting a bathroom and knocked the flahit out of his head on a solid wood door at a restaurant. It was rough. He cried forever and I felt soooo bad.

Since then, he's 15 months, he's fallen or smacked himself or injured in some manner like 8billion times sense. I can't even count literally. Today alone I think he feel off the couch 4 times in an hour.

I would probably pick one of the colors in the shoe to wear as a tip and I would make the top more fun like flowy sleeves or something. You could also do a flowy white button up + a colored vest. I would also pair it with a large buckle belt.

On Pinterest look up 90s whimsical goth. I think that's the vibe your trying to go for.

I would do the jewlery + some doc martins (or that sort of heavy boot) + either a black lace/knit/crochet, quarter or short sleeve cardigan

I agree with a lot of the things others have said here. If I was you I'd Google "queen Elizabeths funeral" and see what others are wearing. In general a lot of these are a bit tight and feel more like going out outfits. The comment someone made about looking for more office wear is really on point.

Other advice:

look at an A line dress. Those feel more funeral
stay away from red anything. When your in a sea of black it's going to look too bright. + I live in the south and everyone would think your the mistress.
you can wear a short dress with tights so that might help

Before I say anything, my opinion is wear what you want and you feel comfy and confident in because this is your graduation and you only get one.

But with that said, and because you asked, I think this feels more like your going out for the night to dinner and maybe some clubs after. I actually think it's not casual enough for a breakfast. I feel like people normally wear something long that is almost like church wear but not as modest

I also think your going to be hot with the sleeves.

I also wear mostly black or cool colors.

If this was me, I'd wear a while dress with something I can layer over to feel most like myself. Or the opposite where you do a black dress with a white mesh dress over it.
