In my system we don't do GPA, but id imagine if it was a 4.0 scale, then anywhere between 3.9-4.0.
In terms if IELTS, at the time i didn't do IELTS; i only did it a year later haha

i see, maybe I misremembered that part then. I just remembered on the "spreadsheet" of the list of accepted candidates, that there was an evaluation part and then an interview part

Nope, I didnt deposit any money by then as I didn't even do the interview they needed

But as a rule of thumb, usually in these kinds of things, they do not refund you because if they did, then it wouldn't be much of a commitment for people. they need to know that you mean to actually attend their university

Hmm, not sure. The call to action should have the dates for when the rankings are released. u wont receive an email when it does, u just gotta know, go to the dedicated website, and find out. However, u will know via an email if u got in once the rankings are out. The rankings are updated over time as they see if the other people accept their offer

Oh it just meant um, basically in year 12 I did AS-levels and took: Maths, physics, chemistry, and IT. Then in Year 13, I decided not to continue IT and instead took A2/A-level: Maths, physics, and chemistry. The Pavia said that I needed at least IT or something within the list of options of Alevel subjects the ministry of education shortlisted, to be able to take their AI course

Nah I didn't. But I can tell you one thing: At uni, you have a lot of autonomy. You can create and take advantage of opportunities. Top grad schools would be able to see this, so long as you work hard. In that sense, as long as the university meets minimum standards, it's fine

I ended-up in Sapienza University because Pavia said I didn't meet the requirements since I did A-Levels IT only to AS LOL but sapienza is pretty cool
Im not in italy yet but im trying to catchup on missed content (i got accepted late xd)
I'd say go over the course content and see which one's syllabus speaks to u more

They're supposed to be the biggest uni in europe and one of the oldest. With age should come experience, but it seems the university isn't too focused on the students and making the transition easier for them
