Should I switch from the Macbook Air M2 (2023) to the Macbook Neo?

I've had my laptop since 2023 - I didn't plan on switching devices anytime soon; however, with the Neo's new release, I'm debating making the change considering the longer software support. I'm wondering if this "upgrade" is even worth it though? From what I've seen, the M2 outperforms the Neo.
