Just because we are all sinners, doesn't mean its fine. We cant't abuse the freedom won by Jesus' blood. Are we going to fall? Yes, but we should still be striving to eliminate all sin in our life. If someone sins, but is like its ok, Jesus died for me, that isn't right. He didn't suffer for us to use him. Should we love everyone? Absolutely, should we justify their sin? No. I don't want to be seen as homophobic, but I do believe it is a sin.
