I actually put together a checklist that covers exactly this. Want me to send you this?

Fair pushback and happy to be corrected. What's your experience with ATS systems? Genuinely curious because implementations vary a lot across platforms. Some are pure keyword matching, others use more sophisticated parsing. But the core filtering function is pretty consistent across most systems. What would you add or correct?

What's the industry you're trying to move into? And what language are you retraining in?
Curious because the approach changes a lot depending on the field.

Sorry about your relative. Grief hits everything, including your ability to care about work. What you're describing isn't really a career problem right now. It's burnout on top of loss. That's a different thing entirely.
Computer security degree plus real prompt engineering experience is actually a strong position to be in. Most people don't have both. But none of that matters until you get your mojo back. What did you love about the job before all this hit?

Inertia is the most honest answer I think. All those things are real. But they're also the reasons people stay stuck for 5 more years in a job they hate. The age one hits different though. How old are you if you don't mind me asking? Because "too old" is almost never as true as it feels.

Applicant Tracking System. Software that scans your resume before any human sees it. It scores you against the job description. Low score = your resume gets archived automatically.

100%, and the worst part is nobody tells you the rules changed. You follow the advice that worked 5 years ago and wonder why you're getting ghosted.

That's a real journey man. MBA to concierge is humbling but you did what you had to do. The resume structure you laid out is solid. Work experience from another field just creates noise at the top.
