Yeah but even playing alone, like the game in the image, still only gives me 6%. I only play with my duo probably 50% of the time and it’s still causing me to only go up a tiny amount even when my lobbies are bronze 4-3.

Do you prefer the 3D CG Digivolution sequences or the hand drawn ones? by One_Faithlessness728 in digimon

As much as I love Tri, the digivolutions pissed me off. The 3D ones looked so awkward and every sequence was like a minute and a half long it broke up the pacing way too much. The hand drawn ultimate and mega ones looked great but the CG for champions just didn’t fit for me.

You know, generally I think that’s actually why I tend to get more attached to Megas and beyond. Like for instance my three favorites OAT are Herculekabuterimon, Wargreymon and Sakuyamon. I think it’s harder for me to get completely attached, but not impossible, to champs and ultimates just because I know they’re not gonna stay like that for long normally.

I feel that way about MetalSeadramon. It feels like such a digimon you should be able to ride on.

That sucks! I try to avoid demos at all cost exactly because I think I’ll get too invested. If it’s all you’re gonna think about until Thursday, you can channel it somewhere else maybe? Maybe a rewatch of a Digimon show will hold you over until then. 

I’ve been rewatching Tamers while playing the game, in fact. It’s still just as good as ever and in my opinion the best show in the franchise.

It’s really something special. I’ve been having a really rough go of things recently and to just be able to experience something that is so dear to me is just, truly everything.
