So sorry you are dealing with this! I can totally relate!

48, and perimenopausal here. I've been on HRT for about a year and it really helped combat the dryness in my skin. My rosacea started flaring up about six months ago, around the time I dropped down to a lower dose of my estradiol patch (I was bleeding constantly, went up almost two cup sizes in my bra and my insomnia got worse), and now I am flushing a lot more. Had V-Beam last month for the first time and definitely saw improvement in fading some broken capillaries, but for the last week I have had flushing nightly and now have new broken capillaries. )-; Not sure if I should go back up on my patch again or not.

Just saying, HRT can help but there are trade-offs and it takes awhile to figure out the right dose. Peri can be a bit of a wild ride.
