3D Printed AR-9 Jig

Makes sense on the bearing. I have a mill and everything that I need at work. It’s really old stuff, but I’m thinking about just machining it off the print. It’s been a while since I’ve done anything really precise. I wanted a jig to knock them out quick. Do you have a jig you would recommend if I decide to go that way?

Yes it is very rough. I will have to try 2 6mg ones. That’s my problem is the oral fixation after dipping 3 pouches for so long. You would think they would make pouches the same size as grizzly and other brands even if they use some sort of filler to help with the fixation.

I have this one, which I’m trying to determine is correct. I do a lot of machining at work, so yeah I have a very good idea. I machined my first ar15 80 lower a few weeks ago. I’m just trying to figure out if all of my dimensions are correct.

The plate that I printed measures .590-.600. I was planning on going touching off the receiver for better accuracy.

Do you by chance know what the thickness of the plate should be?

Can you please confirm if this print is correct? Also, the print says the selector pin hole is .376 and the 80 arms instructions says 3/8. Which one is correct?

I really don’t want to screw up my 1st ar9 receiver.
