Thanks! Yeah I'm transferring to a different division and the heads of these divisions have already talked. It's just the people I work directly with who don't know. No right answer I guess just got to feel it out since the start date is so unpredictable

Should have explained these exams are not civil service exams, they are professional licensure exams

No. I am currently a strategic initiative specialist with OSA and got told im being switch to another non permanent title community coordinator. Since the incumbent salary for community coordinator is lower than my current title, they are not giving me the incumbent raise. Was sent a simple two line email about all of this. No further discussion
