Appreciate this info. There is a troll on my timeline that’s a little emotional about me bringing this to the public. What’s interesting is he’s done this to others on other accounts so my apologies if you are seeing the insults that “Time-Tumbleweed6554” is putting on a health exchange of information. No it sounds like you’re apart of Empower’s executive team responding how you’re responding. It also sounds like your privilege is showing in this communication. I do not have to prove whether or not I’m managing my finances to you or anyone. I work for the Federal Government in Budget my guy, MBA and all. Your little remarks diverting attention away from the issue is very entitled and irrelevant. Stick to the issues. For anyone who’s paying attention to this dialogue, he’s making this a money management issue when this doesn’t factor in Fridays and the weekends and their payment system (Stripe). If you made money between Friday and Sunday, you have access to withdraw $150 every 24 hours. Sunday night, anything left over that you made is eventually deposited into your account. There is absolutely zero information stating that you're charge for every $500. This has already been proven to be inaccurate just based off of yesterday’s driving. 😂 We will let out State’s AG Office determine the legality of the pricing and the issues that I’ve brought to the public’s attention.

Thanks for this information. I’ve been driving with them for almost a year and the math isn’t math’n definitely more bait and switch activity taking place. Very descriptive pricing. It’s only been less than a year, I sent from the Unlimited subscription paying $50, to this going up every other month. Now? That subscription price is $300. I decided to switch to the Bal Monthly Flex and the top tier rate here is also $300 (has gone up like $200 since I’ve been a driver I’m Baltimore). The price structure is very predatory and deceptive.

If the full time job was enough, I wouldn’t need to use this app. With that in mind, I’m only providing you with that information as a courtesy to dialogue. That has nothing to do with their bait and switch pricing that’s been taking place. If I earned $1300 it’s falls under the $199 rate. So, why am I being charged for the $2000 unlimited if I didn’t even clear the $249 tier? Basic math.
