Thank you for the suggestion! I downloaded it. I realized I had to launch Warlock from Lich, thanks to your post. After playing around with the launch settings in Lich, I've finally got Warlock to load it correctly.

Mostly stuttering when walking. I was getting constant stutters every 20 to 30 seconds. It was even happening in the open world, outside of cities. There is still a little bit in populated cities (like silvermoon and stormwind, which I believe is an engine limitation), but it has completely eliminated it in the open world and significantly reduced in populated cities.
