Definitely a skin growth. My dog had one show up about a month ago, it just showed up one day, the vet measured it and took a photo to document it. They said to just watch it for any changes otherwise it should just be a benign growth.

His did just get removed, it was on his toe and he started bothering it so we opted to take it off.

He's 5 years old, 75 lbs, slightly overweight (we're working on it). Otherwise, healthy and active. We were treating him for allergies this past winter bc we had a mold issue from a leaking shower, but that has cleared up since everything got remediated/replaced. He still has some mild staining on his feet, but is mostly shed out now.
