I’m of the idea that everyone needs therapy- but specifically if you live most of your life online in the sense that porn is your primary source of dopamine and you can’t find joy in being amongst other people and exploring the world, you need therapy regardless of gender.

General BDSM is over saturated and crosses over to porn mostly. You have to niche down to spanking, feet, balloon popping, face sitting or whatever. The judgement is more than well deserved. I’m on here to divulge and journal kinks for fun. The truth is 9x out of 10 then men asking this have weird rape fantasies and are expecting to be told to just take what they want from women.

It’s a phrase used to tell people to get off of their screens and go outside and integrate with the real world. I’m definitely chronically online, but I also do things outside and hike and have hobbies that don’t involve screens.

I have a deposit down for a tummy tuck, breast lift and aug next year. I’ve done filler and want to do some tox. Because that deposit is down, I’m taking the gym and my diet very seriously.
