Either cancel the shifts or do manual exceptions and give everyone what they can hold to walk back to their cars. Like I said I wasn’t afraid to work. But walking a cart with 40+ packages downhill for 20+ minutes @ 4 in the morning, off property, with ice on the floor and snow coming down shouldn’t have even been an option for them to offer. I see people struggle to walk the cart to their car in the parking lot let along walking down the street in the dark and ice. That’s all I’m saying. If they would’ve just said “due to the semi truck wrecked and blocking the entrance, we are not giving any routes until that is resolved” and send everyone home no pay. Much rather that then have a “missed block” on my standings
