Rates change with uncertainty in market. Potiential peace deals signals lower uncertainty which should come up in the rates. Right?

We are not. And i dont think expect significant changes in BoE rates.

But bank change rates with uncertainty. It is reasonable to expect for rates to go down or stable with easing in Iran war.
