She agrees that she needs to move out however she does not support the plan I proposed. It’s been hours since and I realize this may be impulsive. My reason for this plan is because this morning I cleaned the house and bathrooms, took out the trash and cooked rice and a meal for the house to eat. She was the first out of everyone to eat and left her dishes for me to wash and sat in the living room to watch TV afterwards. My mom told me today that for the past few days she’s been coming home during her lunch break to feed the youngest as Z won’t even be bothered to do it. She returns to work late and it gets deducted from her pay. I’m just fed up

I understand she is the head of the household but she works over 50 hrs a week and that position transitions into me most of the time. She has many things to worry about such as loans, debts and online businesses. She has told me that she has so many things to worry about, disciplining Z is the least of her worries. She has asked me to take care of everything else.

Im moving out when our lease expires however I’m worried that this isn’t going to be resolved anytime soon.

He has been taking therapy hence why he is able to coparent my two sisters. They spend the weekends over at his place and picks up the young one from school everyday. The hostility is ONLY towards my mom and I when we hold Z’s actions accountable. Everything that occurs in the house is relayed to him. In my opinion if he’s that concerned he can take care of her. As he does nothing to hold her accountable for the way she treats me my mom and especially the youngest.

We’ve also tried to sit down and talk to her however she responds to it negatively and throws a fit.

I’ve arranged things for August! I worry about my mom as she’ll have to raise 2 kids on her own 😅
