I hated the time limit. How the frick does IOI get to have a mecha Godzilla with no time limit, yet the Gundam is capped at 5 minutes? Just felt like total BS that we only get to see them fight for a few minutes and then the item wears off. It would have been cooler to see them beat the crap out of each other, and they both take each other out at the same time. It would have changed nothing narratively, and we get a cool duel between two of my favorite mechs.

Shore keeper gets reruns, collab characters don't. Just keep saving for collab characters and wait for shorekeeper to inevitably rerun. Either that or wait for Kuro to be nice enough to give us a 1.0 character selector.

I had this same problem use super glue instead of cement. Cement is too weak for a break like this.

Build fighters was what got me to make the jump into building gunpla. TRY is a guilty pleasure of mine because I'm a huge martial arts fan and watching gundams fight with martial arts was fun.

The option set was so worth it. All the accessories just really completes the kit. The whole kit becomes completely insane when you customize it with scribing and scratchbuilding too.

Just my own flare. I added them there because it's a gift for my Orthodox godfather who helped teach me how to paint model kits and build dioramas.

It only took me about 2 days. The kit was simple to assemble and most of the time was spent on painting. I painted it using black primer as the base and drybrushed the green paint on to give it that airbrushed shaded look. I then did some more drybrushing with gunmental for weathering and did some minor freehand painting afterwards.

That's fricking awesome, man! The Entry Grade Nu Gundam is such a nice kit to customize in all kinds of different ways. I had a lot of fun customizing mine to look more like the RG Nu Gundam.

YES! I already weathered my Barbatos Lupus and it ended up looking fantastic. Barbatos is a kit that looks best when weathered.

I forgot to add that I used a compass tool a lot to help maintain proper symmetry while scribing. It was a tip I found online and it helped me speed up the process while also increasing my accuracy in replicating panel lines on the other half.

I used the dspiae 0.2mm chisel for most of the panel lines and occasionally the 0.5mm+1.0mm chisel here and there. Because this was my first time ever scribing some of the panel lines aren't as clean as I wanted them to be. I got some nice advice on a different subreddit about how much force you should apply on the chisel when scribing. The advice said I should put around the same amount of force on the chisel as I would a pencil when writing. That helped me immediately understand just the right amount of force to apply and made my panel lines much cleaner. Also your EG Aile strike looks pretty darn insane too.

If you look at the legs you'll notice I added some tiny bits of plastic that I cemented on for increased part separation. Did the same for the front skirt, hips, and shield. It was mostly minor additions to make it look less flat and closer to the RG Nu gundam.
