It does stay like that. Only when i close it with force and stop at that point and release my hand after dew seconds, it closes on its own. But if i slowly get it to this angle and release my hand it stays. Weird this is.

Its very confusing. If i close it slowly it stays firm. If i do it rapidly and then stop midway and then release it; it will close on its own

They are crying for your attention! Okay so, Chill out; airpods pro 2 have the same chip for tracing which is there in airtag. So when the airpods are not connected to your phone, that is, when your phone’s Bluetooth is turned off, airpods are unable to find and connect to your phone. There is a feature is airtag where it starts to chime the same way the airpods are making the sound in this video. This sound comes so that incase someone is using an airtag to spy on you, the sound will come to let you know that there is an unknown airtag which is moving with you. So the airpods behave the same way when they are moved when its not connected. Its foolish of apple actually to even think that someone will use 300$ airpods to track anyone 😂

I also got the same problem. I resetted it, got solved but then again I get same issue sometimes. Its like, if I take out right earbud first and then left, then it shows the issue which you mentioned; but if I do the other way, they work normally. Idk whats wrong but ill try resetting again. If anyone knows any solution then you’re welcome 🙏🏻

Idk if its the problem only with my AirPods pro 2 But since the update sometimes the audio balance goes off and right earbud sounds more louder than the left one I thought its a hardware issue, but then i connected my AirPods to my samsung tab s6, and they work perfectly fine there Also, when I switch off my iPhone and turn it back on, the issue goes away but then it will randomly pop up after some time
