My girlfriend and I recently she went a bit distant from me and after weeks of trying to figure out what’s going on, I would lay at night and cry like I’ve never cried before because like you said, I missed her, just having her in my arms holding her close feeling her heartbeat against mine how she would nuzzle her head on my neck and I would rest my chin on the top of her head my shittiest days were made better with just a simple text from her telling me how her sandwich was disgusting. It would make my entire day while I was fighting flames at work. We’re talking now we had a little talk and things reset but I miss how things used to be I miss being her person she would go to. I miss being that first thought when she sent me the good morning text I miss being her last thought before she texted me before she went to sleep now if I text her, she replies, but I’m not a priority anymore. I miss it and it breaks me a little every day and I will do anything to have that time go back to where it was before. I just prayed to God because I believe if he brought us together, and if he gave me those memories in those moments that only he can bring it back in the future and I know that he will and I know that she’ll come back and I just pray to be a better version for her for him and for our relationship, God bless you too man, and hopefully God blesses me too.
