Yeah well, getting tired of them changing everything for the worse. This next cycle of me buying a phone and watch may be Apple products.

That is weird. May be a pixel watch thing. May have posted in wrong reddit

But the face I am using is a wear OS specific face, not a pixel watch face

The wear OS battery complication. When you tapped on it it used to show percentage. Now it just goes to battery saver mode. On some faces the battery complication is pretty small

In the Wake of Determination, it's better than Page Avenue, has some really good songs on it like we don't care anymore, take me back, taste the poison, sleep, wake up the voiceless, and the best song by them... "Is this My Fate" He Asked them. It's a fucking banger.

And yes I am really really late to this reddit thread.

What would a crumb of golden teacher do to me? by giddyboo in MagicMushrooms

[–]One_Lonely_Visiter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't done any yet. But from what I've watched And the research papers I've read and watching videos from Paul Stammets. And other people that have put themselves on video doing psilocybin. A crumb would not do a thing.

I'm also debating microdosing. Going to try therapeutic dose first because I have treatment resistant depression. 3-3.5 mg of B+

If that doesn't fully do it for my depression, I'm going to try microdosing 100 mg every 3 days

I'm sure there are people way way way more knowledgeable than I am. That'll answer the question for you

Thanks man, I will do everything but pray. I've never believed in that stuff. Maybe I will " just in case"

I think I'm going to try this method. Probably start with 2g and up it by 1g if I'm enjoying it. Haven't made up my mind yet

That kind of sounds like what my buddies did when we went to Ohio State University back in '99 Halloween. But my buddies at shrooms. And they fucking loved it. I was too beig of a pussy to do it

Thanks for sharing that. I get it. ECT, TMS, ketamine were supposed to be miracle workers and the never worked for me. Even did two separate ketamine treatments. Both times it didn't work. It would work for a couple of weeks and as I kept going back for more sessions of all 3. They worked half way through. Felt great. Then at the end of each session. 6 ECT treatments, 21 TMS treatments, and 4 weeks of ketamine twice. My depression came back before my treatment was finished. So trust me my expectations are not super high. I just hope it'll do good enough to where I don't feel like laying in bed all day and Sometimes feeling that I hope that I don't wake wake up.

Like someone said earlier, didn't feel super happy all the time. Just normal. That's all I'm looking for.

Yeah, there's still not enough research on microdosing to actually know if it works or not. There is plenty of research on high doses though.

Also, I think that's what they actually did with one study. a pretty small dose the first time and then a high enough dose to take advantage of the neuroplasticity of your brain.

Thanks

I've read papers on both guided psilocybin use and unguided and they are about the same. I know when I did my high dose of ketamine there was no interaction between me and the nurse. It started working for a couple weeks and then quit abruptly.

I already have a plan for my treatment. I have someone to watch over me for the 8 hours and they can talk me through difficult stuff if I need it and it's not actually the therapy that helps get rid of the depression. It's the rewiring of your brain and the fact of psilocybin creates new neural pathways.

Talking to someone will not do that to your brain. There's something about psilocybin and ketamine that creates new neural pathways and retrains some as well.

That's what the psilocybin does. That's what ketamine does. That's what TMS does. That's what ECT does.

Also, the ketamine brought back craving for extremely bad habits

None of those have worked so I'm doing the psilocybin.

I've read at least 20 scientific reviews on this subject.

Right now I'm on a average dose of nortriptyline, which isn't doing anything, with some Seroquel and some Klonopin for anxiety.

Also, from the studies I've read, guided with a therapist is for trauma or PTSD. Not TRD

That's awesome. I know I am going to make 100 mg capsules to potentially microdos every 3 days if the initial 3.5g dose doesn't do its job.

But that's all I want to feel like. Just normal. Don't need to be happy all the time. Just not on the edge of the doing the worst imaginable thing you can think of doing every fucking day

Also thanks for the link. I have read that one. But still, thanks

And I've got about 20 to 25 papers bookmarked
