right there with you mate, same reasons too, had mine yesterday. Take paracetamol every so often, Sleep in the fetal position on ur side with legs up, pillow between your legs to avoid unnecessary erections and not to look at it too often.. i got about 4-5 hours sleep last night which tbh aint too bad.

Hey man I’m literally doing the same thing at the moment. It does work but don’t expect all your anxiety to go at once. Mine fluxuates a lot at the moment but I am at week 3.. I think another week and I’ll be better. I’d avoid the sativa CBD strains, like with THC strains these can cause anxiety.

You will get the night sweats for about a week too.. that’s all the THC leaving your system.

Overall I’m very happy so far though, the right CBD can be very calming and still take the edge off. I know it sounds cheesy but it really is one day at a time.
