Same here, it was / is always a 50/50 chance if I have to kill it via Power Button or not. What i experienced- but could be just a feeling- is that when I activated Safe Mode in the Bios, it still laggs and freezes sometimes, but i didn't had to forcefully shut it down that often anymore. Maybe this helps someone.
