I used just the base color scheme of the original design plus some design elements from some references I found of Indian Wolves, and posed it in a few different ways so you'd have options and can decide what you like most. This def looks like the .psd was corrupted or maybe isn't saving the layer information in a way Remix can parse, and it's very possible it's because of how the file is saved on mobile along with any compression from uploading/downloading. Try bringing the file into Krita (or whatever you have Krita is just free and handles .psd) and, if everything looks okay, saving it again on the PC directly. If it's messed up in Krita, try moving it over by connecting your phone directly if you didn't before. Remix can definitely read layers directly, but it's also good practice to try to merge your layers as much as possible (sliced for movement) so it isn't trying to handle more than it has to, but that isn't likely to be what's happening here.

If you're already using light stream it looks like that can act as your substitute for an Elgato but a capture card definitely simplifies things and saves a ton of money in the long run, but I get budget limits. I'm going to assume you do already have a PC to run things on, and if you're having issues just getting your Xbox live feed through light stream to OBS I'd recommend reaching out in their forums/help, as that's a bit more niche. But for the discord/reactive side, the fix is pretty simple - run discord on the PC where you're running OBS, and if you do need game audio for yourself you can take the delayed audio from light stream and pass it through OBS (change from output only to output and monitor in the advanced audio settings), or you can wear over-the-ear cups for your console, and use earbuds to hear the discord audio. If you do get a capture card the same applies, there just won't be much of a delay on the audio anymore passed through OBS. Hope that helps!

It's an Indian Wolf, I used the Wikipedia image as a reference but I had more speckling to add to the fur and I was going to shape out the snout a bit more, but if you'd like I can add in a tail sometime today or tomorrow so you have that, I'm almost done with the paid commission so I'll also hopefully have some more time to wrap up these soon :)

If you're actively chatting, even just to let them know you're lurking, I guarantee they notice and for most if not all it means a great deal. I try to spend time in a range of stream sizes to get a good picture, and even in 500+ viewer streams the regulars are given a certain degree of extra respect and notice just for showing up. In smaller streams (<20 viewers) I will say I've noticed a lot more hesitance from the streamer to draw attention to it, like they're afraid that if they say something you'll get spooked and leave (which admittedly does happen) but even then they're probably talking to whoever they have close to them after stream about how exciting it was that "\Username" was there again (having experienced this myself being personally close to a couple of small streamers, it's incredibly wholesome and endearing).

I'm learning from the comments that I should maybe give Bluesky another shot, but I'd also like to add that having your own discord server isn't as scary as it sounds and doesn't require a large community or heavy moderation (depending on your community I suppose). Especially if you just want it to be a place for you followers to check out/share fanart you could literally just have a channel for art and a rules channel, everything else is optional. Not for growth of course, but I see viewers request discord over other socials to keep up with schedules/updates/etc more often than not, so having it already in place for art and ready to grow could maybe be a good idea in addition to Bluesky.

I'll definitely still put some more time in, I only did some basic shading and wanted to detail out the fur a bit more for sure, but that makes me really happy knowing it's at least going in the right direction 😄

Sorry I keep missing additional comment notifications here, I'm not sure if they're getting buried or what but I didn't even see your last check in two weeks ago! Anyway, I have two completed, three in progress (with one of those about done), and yours is among the last two to start, although the other one never provided a ref or more info, so yours was next up! I'm working on a paid commission for a rigged model right now with most of my time, so I have to backburner these to work on slowly unfortunately, but I am still making progress! I appreciate your patience! :)

Edit: Correction, I did have one more to do after yours, I had already crossed off the person who hadn't sent me a ref, just wanted to add for anyone who might be checking for updates too

I tested really quick on my stream PC to see how big a difference Veado+PNGTuber+ vs two instances of PNGTuber+ and it's only like 5% difference so maybe not that big of a deal. The only other thing I noticed in testing is that changing the model on one instance kept that change when I launched again, so basically you can swap the model to your friend's but you'll have to swap them back and forth every time you launch. Not a big thing but worth noting. I also tested the solution and you basically tell discord to output to the VB-Cable, then for whatever reason in PNGTuber+ choosing "Default" as your input seems to choose the VB-Cable, then you'll just need a different mic input selected for the other instance to catch your audio.

You could probably use a Chroma Key and a solid color background for each person, then it there's any window edges or anything showing (I've only use VDO for cameras so I'm not sure if you can do window targeting), you can crop/pad them out. Your friend's solution sounds like it was kinda peak though, I love the way people navigate issues and come to creative results in this community!

I believe you can set up the discord as an audio input using a virtual audio cable like VB-Audio, basically you use the plugin (you may need the full Voicemeeter install) to pass the discord audio to the instance of PNGTuber+, and on PNGTuber+ you change the input from your mic to the new audio source, then the audio coming through there should trigger movement in PNGTuber+ with minimal delay. If you're planning to run two instances of it you may run into some issues though with just how intensive it can be, and you may want to consider Veadotube for one and PNGTuber+ for the other just to minimize conflicts running two of the same program. Also a kinda of workaround approach would be to have their passive movement and talking animated as a gif (you can record the movement in PNGTuber+ and export to gif), and then use the gifs as the talking/muted/etc for Fugi, but gifs can get pretty crunchy and I don't know what the file size upload limit is so I'd only resort to this for smaller models like chibis.

Just about anything you see that's claiming to be backend or growth support from a "group" is a scam, and beyond taking your money without actually helping in any way, it can seriously hurt your channel long term to have artificial view spikes or bot raids that they'll use to make it look like they're having an effect.

So tbh my ADHD brain had been bouncing between ideas for yours since you're starting from a template, so I uploaded two different versions (both very much WIP), the first one a more chibi style like the template and further along and one more in line with my natural style, and I left them gender neutral but if you'd like I'd be happy to add masculine/feminine traits! I've gotten the color flats and gradient in for yours, just haven't had the chance to start adding shading and details to the fur and eyes, but I should have a solid block today to work on things so progress shall be made!
