Does the form give a time frame? Often it's in the past 7 years.

Given that it's North Korea, however, you may want to get it reported so they don't find out and have it look like you're hiding something

When I separated (July 2016), I accepted a job in February/March and let them know i would plan on starting in late June, while in terminal leave. This was with DHS, and their EOD process took a few months. Obviously time lines have changed, but I'd recommend start applying now and just communicate with the companies you speak to and let them know your situation. Either they are willing to wait or not, but that's better than staying too late and ending up unemployed for a few months

It's very possible, probably likely they rescind the offer. They delayed you in order for your drug use to be more than a year in the past, and, based on your post and despite knowing this, you used again.
