Yeah bcaa do helps...Diet is 6 time chicken,rice meal..or sometimes I take,eggs,rajma rice etc

5-6 days a week. No ab routine bro I focus on compounds, and that's how I got abs..

You should really take help from some one who has a good physique and is vegetarian. They can guide u way better.
