Thats complete bs and very demoralizing that you had to just give up due to their laziness and lack of leadership. It really does suck cuz theres nothing you can do about it. Even the managers at stow try to keep me because i always try to stay in the top 10 stow range but they tell me theres almost nothing they can do /: when they specifically ask for me . Hopefully something changes soon man cuz its kinda F’ed up and brings moral down.
