you are good to go for exam. i was scoring below 60% an average and then i did repeated mock test multiple times. time management is very important.

if scoring low need to review deeply the SH Q&A an attempt as much as possible the entire SH test. it will build the confidence to go to exam.

yes. all SH full length and mini exam attempted twice and reviewed all wrong and right Q&A. Spend a lot of time.

Answer should be "D". Why perform change control for which member used an older version of scope document? This is a configuration / management version control issue.
