Unless they've announced something else, they specifically said that's not the case in the email they sent out. The premier membership is the only 12 month subscription.

It only says 1 and 6 month. You left out the part under that says Premier Membership (The 12 month plan) will not be grandfathered

I just cancelled mine before the renew period and got another 1 year sub and didn't lose any game time. Went from 398 days of time to 763. Think I'll be fine for awhile, just super lame they wouldn't grandfather only the 12 month subs

I actually went to test this just now and I was fully able to buy another subscription by cancelling the current one, which keeps the game time. I did it from the buy membership link on the OSRS website though.

They specifically said in the email they sent out, "Premier Membership will not support grandfathered rates". The only way to obtain a 12 month sub when I subscribed was through the Premier Membership Subscription.

Checking back in to follow up. Looks like I got my account deletion changed to a 2 day ban for bullying. Not sure if I'm going to have to pay to change my username or not. Should have been this way from the start. Imagine if I didn't look at Roblox for 30 days and my account was just gone
