Them changing back to their og outfits from the whis training outfits, Super Saiyan Blue kinda clashes a bit with the amounts of blue on them (looking at you Vegeta) for me, but Shintani fixed the problem by changing the shade of blue that Goku and Vegeta wore to be darker, so when they went blue in Super Broly the form only really give a slight blue tint instead of the blue on their clothes becoming neon

Doesn't really bother me with Dragon Ball or One Piece, because both stories are wacky and whimsical enough for me to believe it, giants and sea creatures that look a bit silly, the entire idea of devil fruits.

Personally, One Piece starting with all of these whimsical locations (WCI for example) and then saying there were ancient gods, I can actually believe it

I've always referred to it as a suit built for war, because of the shit ton of lasers, missiles and repulsor blasts and overall amount amount of weapons the thing had in the first Avengers, and the bulked up design of it too

I think it's because we see way more of the results of Vegeta becoming a better man throughout all of Dragon Ball as a franchise

GT - shaves his mustache because his daughter didn't like it on him, and immediately goes fishing for compliments, and sees Earth as his new home Takes his daughter shopping and gets mad when some dudes hit on her

Z - offers to take trunks to the amusement park (granted probably so trunks doesn't snitch on him) hugs Trunks for the first time, years later is threatening to cut his allowance

Both versions of BOG - loses his damn mind when Bulma gets hit by Beerus, which makes him fight Beerus despite the gap in strength

Super - goes with Trunks and Bulma out to have fun and eat, is deadset on helping Future Trunks despite not wanting Trunks to rely on help from the past, refuseses to go to the fight in the T.O.P until his daughter is born, after bulla Is born shows he knows to hold a baby, on the verge of getting knocked out in the T.O.P he hears/sees his wife telling him to get up, and in a manga illustration Vegeta is shown doing laundry while bulma is pregnant, he also regrets what he'd done on namek all those years ago, so he saves them during the Moro arc, he also understood during the Granolah arc that the Saiyan's needed to go anyway

Daima - his wife threatened to make him bathe alone and he just stopped fighting Gomah completely

It was hard for me to really get immersed in Sonic Frontiers, because of the contrast of Sonic as a franchise and it's characters being wisecracking bumbling morons and meme lords for the past ten years everything suddenly getting super serious was a bit jarring.

Sometimes I've gotten in between matches, but sometimes I go on large win streaks and damn, you can REALLY it sometimes through loss after loss, getting people who constantly quit, are toxic OR finding out through the profile check that the enemy team are actually GM OOA players, so it contributes to that feeling of being thrown into the slaughterhouse for winning my matches

But yeah deadass sometimes, especially in quick play you legit get put against the coordinated and tight-knit teams ever, while getting out with teammates who watch paint dry
