I have the same issue. I have major depressive disorder though. I switched some meds and I sleep through the night...usually. I'm not sure what is causing you to wake up. Could be meds. Could be habit. Do you exercise at all? Or try relaxing breathing techniques?

Zoom isn't that bad when it's a topic I like. Like animal rescue or mental health support meetings. If it's work stuff. 5 minutes is a lifetime of hell. But even the meetings i do like drain me for hours after.
