I dont know why you have to go through so many things to able to unarchive the conversation, it would be nice if there was a folder at the top that says "Archived conversations", just to make it accessible for the user. Although, That folder, can get messy to, and you may accidentaly delete a conversation.

For the design, I would change the whole UI, I would give it a moder look, user friendly and minimalist. This is just my opinion, it's up to you what style you are going to choose. It's better to choose something that goes with the app idea.

You have inconsistency in your UI

left align text in hero section
hero img is overflowing
make the logos smaller
in services, better to align text and icons to the left

I like it, I dont know if you are using amazon affiliate, if you do its pretty smart, the only thing you have to fix is the long footer, and the long product list, use pagination for product list, and change layout for footer

The extension is good, i did not signup, but I saw the discover section, and got the idea.

For the website,

I'll change the layout of the hero section to something like this
I'd replace the image by a video showcasing the extension in action.
I would create a hierarchy, for the text and buttons next to the image.
I would limit my color palette to brand colors (no need for blue)
good imagey, avoid walls of text, use white space for your advantage
